This is where the friction comes from. The dissonance. The sense that something is off even when everything looks fine.
I used assessments like this when I first started my own self-inquiry. Finding out what I value, what I believe about myself, and my unconscious patterns has been a good place to start. I have also found it interesting to observe how these values, beliefs and patterns have shifted as I have healed and changed in my process.
It's a short assessment. It won't tell you anything you don't already know somewhere inside yourself. What it does is get it out of you and onto a page, so you can finally see it clearly.
15 minutes. Your results are private and instant.
Take the assessmentYour results tell you what may be true in this moment. What is true now may shift and move with time. They don't tell you what to do about it. That's where coaching comes in.
If your results showed a gap between what you value and how you're actually living, that's the conversation I do best. Most men I work with knew something was off before they ever took this assessment. The assessment just gives us a precise place to start.
