When you submit an application or inquiry through this site, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if appropriate, to begin a coaching or retreat conversation with you.
We collect only the minimum information needed. We do not use your information for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except as described below.
If you correspond with us by email, we retain the content of your messages along with your email address and our responses. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, any email we send will clearly identify the sender and include instructions for opting out of future correspondence. If you wish to stop receiving emails from us, contact us at hello@moseskempthorne.com and we will remove you promptly.
This site does not use cookies. It does not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or any tracking technology. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's CDN, which may log your IP address under Google's own privacy policy. If we introduce cookies or analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.
Form submissions are transmitted via Resend (resend.com), an email delivery service. Resend processes your data as a sub-processor under their own privacy policy. We do not operate a database. Your submission is delivered to us by email and retained only for as long as it is relevant to our correspondence, and no longer than two years from the date of receipt unless an ongoing service relationship requires otherwise.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. All data transmitted through our forms is sent over HTTPS. We do not store payment information, all financial transactions are handled directly by our payment processor under their own security standards. Access to your personal information within our organization is limited to those who need it to respond to your inquiry.
We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers (such as Resend) who assist us in operating this site, provided they agree to keep your information confidential. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Four Elements Development LLC or others.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
We will retain your information until you ask us to delete it, or until we determine that retaining it no longer serves a legitimate purpose. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@moseskempthorne.com and we will respond within 30 days.
